• 1:1 life and business coaching for men and women

• In-person retreats (including the Sacred Nile Pilgrimage in Egypt)
• Speaking engagements
• Digital products and content

Specific terms for individual programs, retreats, or packages may be outlined in a separate agreement or service contract provided at the time of purchase or enrollment.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a professional relationship distinct from therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. Nataliya Preiss is a certified life and business coach, not a licensed therapist or medical professional. Our services are not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice. You are encouraged to seek qualified professional guidance for those needs.

Results from coaching vary by individual. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes from participation in any program or service.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All fees for coaching services, programs, and retreats are clearly stated at the time of purchase. By completing payment, you agree to the fee structure outlined. Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement:

• All sales are final. No refunds are issued once a program or session has begun.
• Retreat deposits may be non-refundable. Specific cancellation policies for retreats will be provided at the time of registration.
• If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, and program materials — is the intellectual property of Phenomenal / Nataliya Preiss and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

7. User Conduct
