Nataliya’s work sits at the intersection of women’s leadership, communication, personal transformation, and the choices that shape a woman’s life.
After years as a tech entrepreneur and CMO, followed by building a six-figure coaching practice, she began noticing the same pattern among women with very different lives and backgrounds.

Many were intelligent, capable, accomplished women. They had built careers, businesses, families, and reputations. Yet some of their most important ideas remained unspoken. The book waited. The difficult conversation kept moving to another day. The business wanted a new direction. The desire to speak, lead, create, or ask for more was already present, but acting on it carried a different weight. That observation became HER VOICE.

Today, Nataliya is building HER VOICE as a body of work dedicated to helping women clarify what they believe, develop the language to express it, and bring their ideas into business, leadership, relationships, books, stages, and public life.
Her work brings together the strategic experience of an entrepreneur with years of study and practice in human behavior, subconscious transformation, mindfulness, breathwork, and other approaches to personal development.

Through HER VOICE group programs, Voice/Message Immersions, women’s retreats, writing, and speaking experiences, Nataliya is creating spaces where insight is expected to lead somewhere: into a decision, a conversation, a body of work, a new business direction, a public message, or a leadership opportunity.
